4. Returns and refund policy
Principle: check at handover
secondsens offers second-hand items. The buyer checks the item at the time of handover (on receipt or at pickup). If the item does not match the listing, the buyer may refuse the transaction.
Cancellation and refund
If the item is refused at handover, the sale is cancelled and the buyer is fully refunded via Stripe, within the usual banking timeframes (a few business days).
After confirmation
Once the item is accepted by the buyer, the sale of a second-hand item is considered final. Any applicable legal rights of withdrawal (see Terms of Sale, article 6) remain reserved.
